In the Copper Tales app, there are many exciting creatures that inhabit forests, lakes, and farms, each with its own unique story and characteristics. From the terrifying Mörksugga to the helpful Hustomte.

Mörksugga

Beware of being out late at night—the Mörksugga might strike! She can devour your path, leaving you lost. Thriving in darkness, she changes size as needed and targets anyone daring to approach. Whatever you do, don’t meet her eyes!

Skogssugga

Deep in the forest, the Skogssugga lurks in shadow. With glowing eyes and a low growl, she thrives on fear and chaos. She feeds on screams—the louder, the better. Watch your step, for this mysterious creature blends perfectly with the woods.

Mörkergumma

Call on the Mörkergumma if you’re sad—she feeds on sorrow and mold. A simple touch from her lifts your despair, replacing it with hope and light. She moves with quiet grace, a comforting presence in the darkest times.

Hustomte

The Hustomte is a tiny, strong helper living close to humans, often in their homes. They care for plants and animals and keep things tidy. If something lost suddenly reappears, you know a Hustomte has been at work.

Gårdstomte

The Gårdstomte is grumpy and avoids being seen. He ensures humans behave kindly and helps with chores if they do. Living for centuries, he remains loyal to one farm through many generations.

Vätte

Vättar guard their domains fiercely. Tread carefully in their realm, but if you do them a favor, they may reward you with a gift. Treasure it well—it could transform into gold or gems by morning.

Nisse

Nisses dwell in schools, collecting pens and erasers. Playful yet orderly, they ensure tidiness. Displease them, and they might take your belongings for their collection.

Bysen

The Bysen, with his red hat and gray clothes, tricks wanderers in the forest by turning into stumps or stones. Cross him, and he’ll make sure you never find your way home. Both thrilling and frightening, beware of his tricks.

Därvan

Därvan are short, shadowy beings dwelling underground. Protectors of nature, they appear when humans pollute or harm the land. With their magic, they restore balance and enforce nature’s laws.

Skogsrå

Löverska

Huldra

The Huldra rules the forest and its creatures. Alluring and cunning, she favors those she deems worthy. Her fox tail hints at her mystic nature. If she trusts you, she might grant you a loyal animal companion.

Bergsrå

The Bergsrå guards mountain treasures and hidden gems. Defy her, and she might trap you in her glittering, perilous domain. A single stomp can distort your vision, hiding her secrets forever.

Sjörå

Gruvfru
